Policies
Please note that we are not able to ship to Arizona at this time. We are awaiting paperwork that will allow us to do so. Arizonans, please check back or join our email list for updates (see our Home page to join email list). We apologize for any inconvenience.
Payment policies:
We prefer payments through Paypal where you can pay by credit or debit card, or by ACH payment from your checking account. Please note that payments through Paypal will show our parent company's name, Pierce Ventures, on the receipt. Their service is fast, easy, and secure. However, we will also accept money orders.

If paying by money order, email us with the item number and item name so that we may place a hold on the item (unfortunately the item you wish to purchase could be bought by someone else before we read your email using this method, which is why Paypal is the better option). If the item is available, we will email you with your order confirmation and the address for you to send payment. Your money order payment must be received by us within 7 days of your email request or you forfeit the item. Items will not be shipped until payment is received.
International Buyers:
Please email us BEFORE ordering for instructions. We only ship to a limited number of countries. Also, be aware that we are not responsible for items being detained by customs in your country, nor are we responsible for the length of time postal delivery takes in your country.

Shipping policies:
We ship via the U.S Postal Service. We offer many items with free DOMESTIC shipping, but for those items that do not include free shipping we use the following guidelines; First Class shipping and handling for items up to 13 ounces can range from $2.99 to $3.99, depending on the weight of the items. For items over 13 ounces we use Priority Mail, which ranges from $5.45 for shipments up to one pound to $10.45 for shipments over one pound up to 5 pounds, and $13.60 for all shipments over 5 pounds. Some INTERNATIONAL shipping is also free, and for others rates vary, so non-U.S. customers must email us before buying to get their shipping rate. We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible, and keep in mind that shipping costs include not only postage, but shipping materials and handling as well, for which we only add from .50 cents to $1.00 to the postage price. In addition, we include delivery confirmation with all of the items we ship, for your protection as well as ours.
Insurance is optional but highly recommended, especially for more expensive items, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Add $1.70 to your purchase price if you wish to have insurance included with your shipment.
Due to occasional travel to out of state arts & crafts shows, shipping may take up to 2-4 weeks after receiving your payment. If you require quicker shipping, please email us and we can arrange to have your item shipped sooner when we are out of town. When we are in town, we ship all orders once per week. We can arrange for 2-3 day or overnight shipping for an extra postal fee. Email us for details if this service is needed. Please note, we ship ONLY after payment is received, no exceptions.
If you order more than one item on the same day please email us and we will refund a portion of your shipping costs, if applicable, for each additional item ordered based on the final weight of the entire order. The refund is issued only after we receive payment.

Returns:
If the item you receive does not meet your expectations we will gladly issue you a refund (less shipping and handling costs). A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the item back from you (at your expense). It must be returned within 7 days and must be in the same condition as it was when we sent it to you in order to qualify for a refund. Remember, we are not responsible for shipping mishaps.
Questions:
Please email us with any questions you have regarding any of the items you see listed on our web site. We try to answer all emails within 24 hours (we give priority to email orders), but no later than 48 hours. Due to numerous requests, Tawny will now consider taking custom orders on a limited basis, as time permits, and as long as the requested materials/beads/pendants are available. Please email us if you wish to place a custom order and Tawny will do her best to accommodate as many of you as possible.
